When using a 3G Cardio 5 AVT™ Accelerated Vibration Training Plate or 3G Cardio 6 AVT™ Accelerated Vibration Training Plate a person does not stay on it continuously for long increments of time as they would on a treadmill or elliptical machine. An Accelerated Vibration Training (AVT) workout is much more similar to exercising with free weights or exercise machines.
