18 Mar 3G Cardio AVT exercise tips: Front raise
Front raises performed on the 3G Cardio® AVT™ 3.0, 5.0 or 6.0 Vibration Machines help build strong, powerful shoulders by effectively isolating the muscles used in your shoulders.
A variety of muscles in the shoulders and back are utilized while performing front raises.
Although primarily a shoulder exercise, front raises also utilize multiple other muscle groups to stabilize the shoulder joint and support the shoulders through a full range of motion. Front raises are an excellent way to build strength, stability and endurance in the shoulders.
Here are some tips on how to do front raises on the award-winning 3G Cardio Vibration Machines:
Stand in front of the 3G Cardio® AVT™ Vibration Machine with legs shoulder width apart and raise both arms horizontally in front of your torso. While keeping your back straight and abdomen tight, pull the straps upward. For variation, perform the same exercise from a standing position on the vibration platform.
This is a great way to strengthen the rotator cuffs, but don’t go past parallel. Keep back straight and eyes straight ahead.
NOTE: Consult with your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.
